Although we do accept orders from customers located outside of the United States,
we are unable to generate prepaid International shipping labels at this time.

our team will be happy to assist you, or simply ship your broken Xbox 360
console only (without any accessories, games, hard drive, etc.) to the following address:

Please also note the following additional terms that apply to international customers (importers):
- When sending your Xbox 360 in for repair, please indicate on customs form(s) that
the item
you are sending is broken and is being sent for repair service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your package(s) comply with any laws and/or
regulations
in your country/locality.
- You are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. that may be incurred in both
sending and receiving your package.
- All payments should be in US Dollars. If payment is received in another currency, we reserve
the right to pass along any fees that we may incur for international collection, currency
conversion, etc.
- You agree to our Repair Services - Terms of Service
