How much does the repair cost?
Prices range from $59.99 (USD) to a maximum of $99.99 (USD) for mail-in repairs, which includes all parts and labor.
Most repairs are $89.99 (for "three red lights"
and related problems) or $99.99 (for DVD drive issues). All repairs come
with a 90 DAY WARRANTY!
NEW 1 YEAR WARRANTY AVAILABLE. You now have the option of a 1 year
warranty instead of our standard 90 day warranty.
Our standard 90 day
warranty includes parts and labor for the entire 90 days, as well as shipping
the item back to you and full support by our dedicated customer service team.
The 1 year option should be requested at time of repair, and we cover both
parts and labor for the initial 30 days. After 30 days, any warranty
claims must go through a third-party that we have contracted, with will cover
parts for 90 days and labor for 1 year.
We also
offer a 30 minute rush repair service for local customers
for a flat fee (please call for pricing and availability).
Should I send power cords, A/V cables, controllers, hard drive, etc?
You only need to send the console. Please do not include any games or accessories, such as
controllers, cables, or the hard drive.
What is your turnaround time?
Once we receive your system and receive your approval to proceed with the repair, turnaround time is
typically just 1-2 business days. We also
offer a 30 minute rush repair service for local customers.
What are the steps to get a repair?
1. Complete the simple steps above under "Get Free Estimate" to receive a FedEx
shipping label, and drop off at your nearest FedEx dropoff location.
2. We will perform a free advanced diagnosis shortly after your Xbox 360 is
delivered to our location (typically within just a few hours). You will
receive an e-mail detailing the results of our advanced diagnostic, as well as a
repair estimate.
3. Once you approve of the repair estimate, our technicians perform any repairs
necessary, including any that may not have been found during the advanced
diagnosis.
4. Upon completion of the repair, you will receive another e-mail, and your Xbox
360 is brought to a test area to undergo extended testing.
5. After extensive testing is completed, our shipping department carefully
packages your Xbox 360 and notifies the shipping carrier that the box is ready
for pickup. You will receive an automatic e-mail with tracking
information.
What if you can't repair my Xbox 360?
We are able to successfully repair over 95% of the Xbox 360 repair orders that
we receive. In the rare event that your console is unrepairable, you have
the option of either receiving a refund for the repair price, or using the
repair price as a credit towards a heavily discounted replacement console.
Will I lose all of my game saves and other data?
Unless your problem is related to a faulty memory card or hard drive, you will not
lose any of your saved games, profiles, or other information.
I opened my consoles or removed the warranty seal. Will you still fix my Xbox 360?
Absolutely! We successfully repair over 95% of the Xbox 360 repair orders we receive, regardless of whether or not the console has been opened previously.

Why shouldn't I bring my Xbox 360 to my local computer or television repair shop?
Many TV and computer repair shops actually cause greater damage to the Xbox 360, as they don't have the specialized equipment, spare parts, training, or experience that we do. How should I package my Xbox 360?
- Use a rigid box with flaps intact
- Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other shipment markings from the box
- Wrap all items separately
- Use adequate cushioning material
- Use strong tape designed for shipping
- Do not use string or paper over-wrap
- Use the single address label that we provide
- Place a duplicate address label inside the package
